Assessment
We usually start here with learning about where your company is today. Our assessments can be focused on a facet of the business or on the whole business and how it accomplishes its objectives. Business Plan Facilitation
Getting software to write a business plan is seldom a solution to developing a plan to attract potential investors, banks or alternative funding sources. The Assured Strategies team has been involved with facilitating almost 100 business plans and although we can't guarantee your plan will get funded we can help you develop your idea and present it in a way it will get serious consideration. We don't do all the work for you we help you develop a viable idea and communicate the idea in a way you can attract the capital your venture needs to succeed.
Our process involves a series of meetings (generally 3 to 6) to brainstorm on what needs to be in your plan to satisfy the needs of potential investors. Every business plan we have been a part of is different, these meetings are essential to bring out the essence of the plan. The information identified from the brainstorming sessions is gathered and each section is written. The plan comes together in a working draft and we use our PROVEN projection model to create the projections investors, bankers and alternative funding sources like to see. Based on the projections the draft of the narrative plan is refined and a final draft is created and reviewed through our review process. Once the final draft is reviewed and the changes are made the plan is printed and you're on your way to looking for a funding source.
The funding process is seldom quick and easy but your odds of getting funding are significantly improved with a great plan.

Generally our consulting starts with flowcharting the process the company currently is using. Once the process is developed and tested we work with your team to implement the change assisting the organization the natural resistance to change.
