Assured Strategies was founded from identifying the need for effective strategy and execution within many small to mid-sized companies throughout the Southwest. Our founder David Chavez was the owner and CEO an accounting firm for over a decade and noticed one common problem business owners encountered as their companies moved from a micro-business with one to nine employees, to a small to mid-sized organization with ten to hundreds of employees and more than $2 million in revenues per year. The entrepreneurs, executives and teams running these companies could not execute the strategies how they envisioned. No matter what systems "Consultants" created to help them control their businesses, they ended up in the same position within a year. What they ended up learning was that without a clear executable strategy the organization was running in circles never realizing that these so called "Consultants" did not have a proven system. They did what they thought was right for the organization, instead of what was actually right for the organization. They lacked a clear strategy with an implementation system that was easy to understand, thus preventing alignment within the organization and the real change that needed to take place.
